Email: dmca@ipfreetv.com
Required Information
To be effective, your DMCA notice must include the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the infringing material: A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our service. Please provide the specific channel name, URL, and the exact stream URL if available. This must be sufficiently detailed to allow us to locate the material.
- Contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Note: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
Our Response to Valid Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material that we removed or disabled access to it
- Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the following information to our copyright agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If we do not receive notice within 10-14 business days that the original complainant is seeking a court order to prevent further infringement of the material, we may restore the removed material.
Repeat Infringers
IPFreeTV has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or content providers who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

- DMCA notices and counter-notices are legal documents and may be forwarded to the opposing party
- False DMCA claims may result in legal liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA
